Certification - Fire Protection Equipment

A1 Fire and Safety operate under QBSA Licence no. 1163577 and are to certify installation, inspection, testing, and preventative maintenance per this licence.

Form 16 - Inspection Certificates

Certification of installations to the Building Code of Australia and relevant Australian Standards are provided on the Queensland 'Form 16' Aspect/Inspection Certificate. Where a builder or client engages us to install and / or certify fire protection equipment the Form 16 will be provided at the completion of the work.

Annual Occupier Statements

Annual Occupier Statements are provided to clients to certify their fire safety installations are being inspected, tested and maintained to relevant Australian Standards and/or Codes. Occupiers are then required to forward this Statement to their local QFRS office.
