Fire & Evacuation Training
A1 Fire and Safety specialises in fire & evacuation training in various formats to meet the differing requirements of industry.
As a Registered Training Organisation (RTO #31910) we are also accredited to deliver First Response Evacuation Instructions to 'high occupancy' workplaces under the (Qld) Building Fire Safety Regulation 2008.
Our fire and evacuation
- Evacuation Coordination Procedures (otherwise known as Warden or ECO Training)

- General Evacuation Training
- First-Response Evacuation Training (includes use of fire equipment on a 'live' fire) PRMPFES05B
- Conducting Evacuation Drills
All training is conducted by our expert Trainers who possess nationally recognised qualifications including a Certificate IV in Assessment & Training (TAA40104). Training will be customised to reflect your facility and the fire safety installations and emergency procedures in place. Where suitable, training will be conducted at the clients facility.
Specialised Fire Equipment Instruction
Due to our large client base we are called upon to deliver more specialised fire and emergency equipment training. Some specialised sites that engage us to conduct site training include open cut mining, petroleum refineries, coal seam gas production, gas & coal fired power stations, light industrial plants and fibre composite industries.
Specialised fire and emergency equipment instruction can include:
- Use of fire hydrant systems & lay flat delivery hoses
- Use of foam generating equipment including branches
- Specialised mobile fire fighting appliances
- EWIS & Fire Indicator Panel operation
