Our Trainers

A1 Fire and Safety Pty Ltd maintains high standards of service across all facets of our business. The quality of our trainers is no exception. We consider the high quality of our training staff to be a critical factor as to why we are chosen and recognised as a quality training provider.

We also recognise that even though we have well-designed courses conducted in state-of-the-art facilities (such as those at Morningside, Brisbane) the training still requires a qualified and talented trainer to allow students to achieve their maximum.

Ours trainers are chosen for their experience, knowledge and skills in their field of expertise. No trainer will have less than 10 years experience in the field they are delivering. This does not take away from the fact that our trainers must have exceptional 'people' skills, a professional attitude, and possess high levels of motivation for the material they are delivering.

All of our trainers have been certified to TAA40104 Certificate IV in Assessment and Training. The Certificate IV is the current industry requirement for anyone responsible for competency-based training program design, development, delivery and assessment in the national Vocational Education and Training (VET) sector.
